Exchanges & Refunds 

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

A cancellation must be requested by sending an email to info@theflatlaysstyler.com within 24 hours from purchase. No exception will be made. If the request is outside of the 24 hours window, no cancellation will be approved.

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours from the delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Production & Shipping

STYLING MATS: Please allow 5-10 business days for production. We will process the mats in the order they are received. After production, we will ship your order. Shipping times depend on where you are located and on the carrier.

Rushing Orders - Expedited Shippings

If you would like your order to be rushed please contact us at info@theflatlaysstyler.com within 24 hours from purchase. Any rushed order will incur in a $20 fee per mat that will be charged on top of the expedited shipping fee that will be paid by the customer and will be sent to you by email.
